Aptana Re-GPL’ed
Well, after recieving much fuss from the entire open-source community, Aptana started dual licensing. Under this new licensing scheme, Aptana can be licensed two different ways. They have an interesting FAQ, blog post, and comment you may want to check out.
To give you an idea of how well they listen to the community, I recieved this shortly after the “Aptana” post: “Hi Kamisamanou,
I read your blog post and I understand your concerns and objections. Just wanted to let you know that I hope you’ll be happily pleased with an announcement we’re making in the next day or two. Thanks for your long support of the project and hope we can win it back.

As a result, I am now fully supporting the Aptana project under the GPL.
